Cinnamon Bun Cookies

We can thank the Ever Bemused Boyfriend for this one. He found a delicious recipe that we shifted around a little and voila! Ended up with cookies that taste just like cinnamon buns! Now, I'm not a fan of white chocolate, but I have to admit, it works so well with cinnamon.

 The EBB was very excited about these. He grinned the whole time he was rolling balls. :D
